They are an integral part of our daily routine and thus also impossible to imagine life without them. But who doesn't know - a day goes by without being consciously aware of it. Small rituals can help to interrupt the often automatic daily routine and to consciously take moments for physical and mental health. We will present examples of rituals and show how you can succeed in integrating them firmly into your everyday life. We want to think together about which habits provide us with added value and which are better abolished or replaced by others. We will also talk about how this can be successfully implemented, what role small rituals play in this and why it is often not easy to change habits.
