Back Training, But Correctly – Dos and Don'ts

It is not uncommon for recreational athletes to complain about tension and poor posture. These often originate in the back and are caused by well-intentioned, but unknowingly incorrectly performed exercises to strengthen the back and often also the abdominal muscles. Most people are aware of the principle of "quality before quantity", but they are often not very aware of how to perform the exercises in a qualitatively good way. But what really matters in a workout for the back? What exercises are best performed and what should be avoided? These and other important questions are clarified. Important basic principles for training - whether with your own body weight, with equipment in the studio or with equipment in your own fitness room - are discussed. Using practical examples, simple tips on how to perform back exercises will also be taught.
